Photograph in the Structured Curriculum Vitae

Photograph in the Structured Curriculum Vitae

Photo and Resume, CV

Personal photo is frequent and common part of structured Curriculum Vitae. But inserting of photo in Curriculum Vitae is not mandatory. Into CV we are inserting classic portrait photo which means the same photo we should find in ID, passport or driving license.

It is not appropriate to send our potential employer any photograph of our figure not to mention any bikini photo and the like.

Photo should be inserting directly in the text document (not attached like extra file). Be careful and consider about the size and format of the photograph. The size of whole text document (with the picture) should not overrun the size of 1 MB. If it so, it could happen that the email with your CV will not be deliver to the recipient. In this case it is better to make the photo smaller or lower the quality.

We locate photograph in the upper part of the text document. Insert only one picture - it is enough.

Summary Photo in CV, Resume

Photograph in the structured CV should be portrait, in the adequate size, locating in the upper part of the text document - near to the personal information.
